16h, true black, Friesian/TB stallion

Lexington is a beautiful and well-bred Friesian Sporthorse stallion, by the imported Friesian stallion Baron von Kolderveen, out of a TB mare (pedigree includes Native Dancer, Norther Dancer, Hail to Reason, Nasrullah.) Lexington's sire line includes the Friesian stallion Reitse, who is a prominent name in performance Friesian bloodlines.

Lexington is an expressive mover, with three good gaits. He also has a wonderful kind, friendly personality. He blends the beauty and temperament of the Friesian with the stamina and athleticism of the Thoroughbred. Started under saddle late in 2006, will begin professional training in 2007.

Lexington has been DNA tested as a true black (E/E, a/a), meaning he will not produce chestnut foals. Lexington's foals will be black or bay (or possible gray, but only if bred to a gray mare.)

All foals are eligible for registry with the FSHR (Friesian Sport Horse Registry), the PHR (Performance Horse Registry), and the AWS (American Warmblood Society).
