Dakotah Blue, aka Zebra, is the youngest son from the remarkable cross of Jack Slade (SMR 668) and Esperanza (SMR 640). He is the full brother to the legendary Spanish Mustang stallions Sundowner, Rowdy Yates and Cactus Jack.

Dakotah Blue is very close to foundation stock being F2/F5 on his sire side and F2/F2 on his dam side. He has excellent conformation and coloring with beautiful primitive dun markings.

Additional Information

The Sunflower Ranch accepts only 5 mares for live cover per breeding season. Preference is give to mares registered with the SMR, SSMA, SMS and SBBA. Mare care is $8.00 per day. Feel free to request a copy of our breeding agreement.

Cooled semen is available in the early spring and late fall. Deposit on the shipping container is $200.00.

Straws of frozen semen are available year round. Cost is $25.00 per straw plus shipping.
