Outstanding USDF Reserve Champion son of Donnerhall/Prince Thatch xx

Don Principe is a beautiful black bay son of the legendary Donnerhall, "Dressage Sire of the Century" and out of a States Premium daughter of the great Celle improvement sire, Prince Thatch xx.

Donnerhall competed to Grand Prix and earned many international titles along the way while standing at stud in Germany. He is the sire of many reknow sons and daughters including Davignon, Don Primero, DeNiro, Don Gregory, Donnerbube, Donnerball, Don Kennedy, Don Federico and Don Schufro just to name a few.

Prince Thatch xx was an improvement sire of the best quality owned by the Hanoverian State Stud, Celle. Sire of Paris, Princeton,Petrocelli and Picolino. He was also the sire of the reserve Champion stallion in 2005 in Verden, Primetime who sold for 580,000 Euro.

Don Principe has had a succesuful FEI Young Horse career as a 6 yr old, placing 4th in the Markel National Young Horse Championships and ranking 4th nationaly for USDF year end. Don Principe was also awarded the SouthEast Sporthorse Association Champion Horse Under saddle for 2005.
He has also had an extremely rewarding in hand year with several Grand Championships and was 2005 USDF Reserve Champion Horse of the Year along with being the 2005 Champion American Hanoverian Society Stallion of the Year.

Don Principe's success is not limited to the show ring. He is the sire of Don Royale MF (Don Principe/Royal Diamond) who was 2005 USDF Reserve Champion Weanling and NCWB Champion Horse of the Year.

Don Principe is passing on his excellent character, willingness to please as well as a fantastic walk and canter. Improvement in the shoulder angle, haunches, neck, frame and overall type are consistant.
